Trailer configuration should be selected around the cargo, not only the nominal tonnage. Grain, pallets, steel products and bulk material create different demands on the body, floor and unloading geometry.
Flatbed with side walls
A flatbed trailer with removable or opening side walls offers flexibility for palletised goods, long loads and industrial cargo while giving additional containment when required.
Bulk and grain transport
For grain and other bulk materials, sealing, body volume, floor strength and controlled unloading are key design factors. Higher volume is useful only when axle loads and legal gross weight remain appropriate.
Heavy-duty dump operation
Dump trailers require careful attention to chassis stiffness, tipping geometry and rear-door operation. The correct specification depends on cargo density and how frequently tipping cycles occur.
Gani Sahan Trailer manufactures flatbed, side-wall, grain and custom heavy-duty trailer solutions according to customer operating requirements.
